S/mileage 2nd Generation Members are Here

The 2nd generation members of S/mileage wee announced at todays Hello! Project 2011 Summer ~Nippon no Mirai wa WOW WOW Live~ concert. They are:

14 year old Nakanishi Kana, who is good at imitating menacing cats and gorillas.

13 year old Kosuga Fuyuka, who is good at imitating a person eating ramen and cats,

Former Hello! Project Egg member Takeuchi Akari,

Also a former Hello! Project Egg member Katsuta Rina, 

and 12 year old Tamura Meimi, who played Yuiki Yaya in the 2009 production of Shugo Chara! alongside fellow S/mileage members Maeda Yuuka, Fukuda Kanon, and Wada Ayaka.  

It s important to note that these new girls will be sub-members of S/mileage, and not ful-time members as of yet. Tsunku will be watching their progress a members to see if they will be promoted to full member status. 


The girls will be participating in S/mileage's 7th single, Tachiagaaru to be released on September 28th. This only gives the girls less than a month to learn the song and dance and shooting the PV, which can't possibly be enough time. Hopefully the release date gets pushed back to give the girls more time to prepare. 


Anyway, congrats to the new members of S/mileage and goog luck to all of the members in their future works.
