Updates on Team 4

AKB48's Team 4 is shaping up very nicely. Not only was the captain of Team announced at the end of AKB's 2nd day Seibu Dome concert, but two new Kenkyuusei members were promoted as well!

This brings the total number of members to 12, just 4 more promotions and we'll have a full team! It also brings the total number of full members of AKB48 to 60.
